This staggering presentation of statistics and superlatives relating to technology in education is really worth a look and left me with a slightly panicked feeling at the end of the slides!

It comes from Dr J S Euh of Samsung and was delivered at the Handheld Learning Conference 2007 in London. What strikes me as worth exploring is the role that library and information professionals can play to help their organisations sneak a lead in the knowledge economy - this predicted environment of superfast, unprecedented access to information. (Well, its pretty superfast now)

It mentions that around 2.7 billion searches are made with Google per month and to whom were these questions addressed before?..... Librarians?
